Good Morning and how are you?.
Today is time to filling ketupat with rice and cooked it in 4-5 hours, but first i make bumbu for the Coto. The bumbu is bumbu putih made from shallot, garlic, lemongrass, candlenut and galangal, after finish keep in the chiller for used in tomorrow.
The ketupat is filled just half of quantity because if it cooked the rice is expands and the ketupat is full. We make about 50 pcs of ketupat and after filling, cooked on the water in 4-5 hours.
Another job i helping uly to making bread. This bread is order for English Fun Event, 300 boxes at friday. Today we just maked 150 bread and tomorrow 150 bread.
