Today i want to explain about tools in the kitchen, how the function, how the materials and how to clean it. This time i have three slicer machine we often used in the kitchen. That is : 1. Meat Slicer Function : Cut the meat into slices with same size. Material: Stainless steel, Iron and plastick How to clean : Clean it with the soap, make sure the remaining pieces is clean too, wipe with napkin until dry. 2. Bread Slicer Function : Cut the bread into slices with same size. Material : Stainless steel, Iron. How to clean : Just wipe with napkin, If necessary if it is dirty or rusty, clean it with a cleanser. 3. Egg Slicer  Function : Cut the boiled egg into slices. Material: Stainless steel, rope iron. How to clean : Wash with a soap, be carefull because there are sharp rope.

Differences of kinds of Chocolate

What is the different of  Dark chocolate, Milk chocolate, White chocolate and Couverture chocolate? Dark chocolate   Dark chocolate is chocolate liquor which as been fancied up a but with extra cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifiers, and flavorings. It retains a high percentage of cacao, 65% to as high as 99%. The higher the percentage, the less sweet the chocolate. How to use it Dark chocolate can be eaten out of hand, or used in recipes. It's a good choice for making a rich ganache, and can be used chopped for cookies. It is well employed as an ingredient in icings and glazes. Some dark chocolate can be quite expensive; reserve the really good stuff for recipes where the flavor will really shine. Hello guys.. I’m grateful we can meet again, hope you always great and happy. Today after weekend, i have to go to the campus make a good food, make a best product and learn a new thing about culinary. And today we arrived a new friends, there are new food production of manegement students this year. I’m as personally as a student also said welcome to join with our big family. This oppurtinity we will learn again about basic, so the lecturer tell as to make two product of bakery that is Baguette and Pullman loaf bread. A baguette is a long, thin loaf of French bread that is commonly made from basic lean dough. It is distinguishable by its length and crisp crust. And, The  pullman loaf , sometimes called the "sandwich loaf" or "pan bread", is a type of bread made with white flour and baked in a long, narrow, lidded pan.
