Hello guys...
As usual I'm go to the campus, sit in our lovely class. meet and talk each others, knowing new things about culinary and waiting my lecturer to give us instruction. Today we did like tomorrow, selling our product with the main ingredients is from our product before. There are two 1. Toast bread 2. Baguette and 3. Sugar dough. After discuss so we make :
1. Chicken pizza bread
2. Sandwich
3. Brownies pie, mousse pie and fruits pie.
I have a job to make :
Chicken pizza bread
Ingredients :
Toast bread cut round with round cutter
Bechamel
Topping :
Saute chicken breast cut small dice
Paprica cut small dice
Mushroom cut slices
Mozarella, grated

I make 33 Chicken pizza bread and we sells 8 thousand if you buy 1 and 15 thousand if you buy 2.

I hope the customers will be like our product and want to buy again in another time.

After that we came in the class again and ready for presentation. This time is opportunity for rei and aulia.
Rei explained about Lime.
he tell us about the kinds, how to used it for food and benefit for health.

and aulia explained about spinach
she tell us the history, kinds and hazard if we wrong when processing it.
