Welcome back to my blog.
Today i'll supervise 3rd semester with my team : Raiz, Cilo, Jessica, Gie and me for guiding them how to make Western buffet dish with our recipes. Before start we take a pray first, absent the student and check their uniform and blog.
After that we come in and then briefing, explain the dish one by one.
And this is the menu :
Appetizer :
1. Southwestern sweet potato salad
2. Shrimp and macaroni salad
Soup :
1. Chicken rice soup (Canja)
Main Course :
1. Breaded fish with salmoriglio
2. Beef noodle casserole
3. Braised red and white cabbage.
4. Aubergine with maroccan spices.
5. Wedges potato.
Dessert :
1. Blackout cake
I'm and raiz lead Main course section, we supervice them, watch them to not make a mistake or less mistake, according to recipe, so their dish be good tasted and good appearance. After 2 hours process and this is the product :
Because restaurant not open, this dish served for guest from Switzerland, for lecturer and the student try too how that taste.
After eat time or lunch we cleaning all dirty utensils, equipment, keep remaind ingredients and all kitchen.
We ready for presentation, today is time for Sri, Fiqhy and Intan.
Sri explain about apple.
Fiqhy explain about MSG (Monosodium glutamat)
Intan explain about Kluwak
