Daily Report 08/08

Today before to the campus i have to go to the bank. so i send message to my lecture because i'm late, after it about 9.30 am i'm in campus. As i said yesterday, we've got guest from BDI and when i came they already started. My lecture command me to join with my friends and help them to make lunch for another guest. So we make "Opor Daging" and "Ayam Rica-rica".

Opor is a dish consisting of meat like chicken or beef cooked in coconut milk from Indonesia, especially from Central Java. Spice mixture (bumbu) include galangal, lemongrass, cinnamon, tamarind juice, palm sugar, coriander, cumin, candlenut, garlic, shallot, and pepper. Opor is also a popular dish for lebaran or Eid ul-Fitr, usually eaten with ketupat and sambal goreng ati (beef liver in sambal).

Chicken rica-rica is one of the typical food of Manado, North Sulawesi. The word rica comes from the Manado language meaning "spicy" or "chili". The recipe for making chicken rica-rica is very diverse, as well as how to cook it, the equation only lies in the spicy taste. Chicken rica-rica is usually served with rice and complementary ingredients such as fried onions and cucumbers.

After done we make some food for participator too, we used their seaweed noodles (BDI Product) to make fried noodles. So they can tasted it after cooked. And also we make fried rice special for all my friends (Anak Bangsa). Because all day they just work and sit in front of their laptop make presentation.
