Today i’m not doing anything, we just prepared our product for selling tomorrow. My friends want to sell risoles, lumpia, martabak and pudding. I just help them for preparation and i help my friends too for making him project video. And i myself be focus to experiment to know my plan for video project will worked. I will experiment about molecular gastronomy. This is still secret because i want to update something to make it better. This is project video as a value for my exam in the middle semester. 1. Food mill Function : Used to mash or sieve soft foods. Material : Metal, plastick How to Clean : separated all parts and clean it with soap. 2. Funnel Function : Used to channel liquid or fine-grained substances into containers with a small opening. Material : Metal, plastick How to Clean : Just clean it with soap. 3. Garlic press Function : Presses garlic cloves to create a puree. Material : Metal. How to Clean : Clean it with soap and make sure clean from remaining garlic.
